Information is collected directly from you through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads, Instant Forms, Messenger conversations, or any contact forms on this site. When you submit a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form, your information is shared with us by Meta in accordance with Meta's own data policy, in addition to this one. Meta and Mo Rashad / The Rise Real Estate Group act as joint controllers of information submitted through Lead Ads, consistent with Meta's Lead Ads Terms.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Our brokerage, The Real Brokerage, and its affiliated service providers, as needed to facilitate a real estate transaction

• The Multiple Listing Service (MLS), title, escrow, or lending partners directly involved in a transaction you request our help with

• CRM, email, or communication platforms we use to manage client relationships, under contractual confidentiality obligations

• Meta, as described above, as a joint controller for Lead Ads submissions

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, and comply with applicable real estate recordkeeping and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
